We just got our keys yesterday to our a place we now call home.. Becky Godwin with HMS was the most patient and awesome realtor! After showing us pretty close to about 10 homes and we finally found the right one and closed escrow yesterday! I couldn't have asked for anyone better than her. Always quick to answer any and all of our questions. We even were not comfortable with the lender we originally had went with. Right away found us a better solution and an ever better lender! From start to finish Becky was amazing! Working with my hunnys busy and crazy work schedule and always showing us houses around our schedules. I would definitely recommend her to any especially to a first time buyer.. never did we feel pushed to do anything we didn't want to do. Very comfortable with her. Thank you Becky, only you know what a struggle it was to get to this day, we did it and now own our own home.. Thank you again!

The people there are very nice and helpful. I wondered how we were going to be able to do this with the pandemic but there wasn't any trouble viewing homes and then renting one.
