This company is paid to manage an HOA yet it does not enforce any of the HOA rules nor provide any services to its members. The HOA dues show up as “administrative fees” yet no services are provided. Very unprofessional responses were provided to inquiries. The HOA is being mismanaged and is at risk of losing authority and credibility.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by 61 North Realty. Over the course of my interactions, they have been unhelpful and seemingly unwilling to assist when asked questions. They consistently hide behind the fact that they are only working for their client, the HOA. Any adversity is never their fault; it's either the contractor, the HOA, or the homeowner who is to blame.

Furthermore, their responses to low reviews reveal a lack of professionalism that is quite alarming. Instead of addressing issues constructively, they tend to overshare people's personal business, reminiscent of a child's petty attempts to "get back" at someone. This immature behavior has no place in the real estate profession.

As a business owner and real estate professional for over 17 years, I find the level of pettiness displayed by this company unmatched. I sincerely hope they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes to correct their issues. Professionalism and accountability are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, 61 North Realty falls short on both fronts.

I sold my townhouse so I do not have to deal with this company!(hoa) That's how bad and unprofessional this company is. They do not give sufficient timing to dissemble your items before they decided to hire unsafe crews to drop ice chucks on your outdoor canopy breaking it and breaking your fence as well.they didn't even do the job correctly I had leaking in my house. Horrible! & the team could care less and they will raise prices every 6months! Avoid them!

I have always had great communication with 61 North. Sometimes it can take a bit of time if communication has to happen with a board member, but I’ve never had any issues, and it feels like they try to get back to me in a timely manner. Living in an HOA has lots of rules and 61 North is very knowledgeable. They’re a good company with good people.

Didn't have a good experience with this HOA. Not their service but their customer service.

Long story short, I purchased a new home and sought to set up my HOA auto-payment. I emailed them twice (the first time I forgot to attach a needed form) to set up my autopayment, but they didn't respond and said they didn't receive my email. So it skipped my mind that I had forgotten to follow up.

Fast forward 3 months, and I received in the mail a statement for 3 months of HOA fees due with an additional $100 fine. This is the first time I ever receive a statement from them. I email them to set up auto-payment and request to waive the late fee since I never received any statements before this and they also never responded to my email.

They emailed back saying they did their 'due diligence' in contacting me, but they never reached out to me once, and the first time I hear from them in 3 months I am slapped with a $100 late fee. Yes, it's my fault, but there was no understanding or grace in this. I tried to email Kary since she is the owner back but she doesn't respond to my email nor phone call.

Anyhow, I take responsibility for forgetting to set up my auto-pay, but I definitely did not appreciate their lack of understanding. Three months without calling or emailing me a statement, and suddenly a certified mail with a late fine. Feels bad.

My family have lived in the same house for 27 years and my husband and I have always been active in our Homeowner's Association. Kary, under Real Estate Unlimited and now 61 North has always provided excellent customer service to our board. She's very responsive to our subdivision's needs and her advice and recommendations are always valuable as t is backed by her years of experience in the industry. Our subdivision has been able to keep our HOA dues low in huge part to Kary's and 61 North's sound management of our subdivision.
