I hired Ruben Ramirez last week and gave half down of $1250. I asked if I could get the contract by the end of the week. End of week, No contract, couple days later after the weekend I call Monday, get sent to voicemail. I sent a text Tuesday about how I didn't appreciate the communication. I then get a quick call telling me that he will give me my money back and cant do the job because he gets busy and can't respond. All I wanted was the contract because I gave up money. Ruben wants to be able to ignore you and do what he wants on his own time because he is busy. He was also late to our first meeting. I was warned about him by another architect that he has had complaints and should have listened but he was a good talker and has no regard for your time. Because of the knowledge, Ruben is very arrogant. Don't let the price full you. His protégé Caleb was professional, I wish he was the licensed one I could have dealt with because he was trying to work.

Talked the the gentleman, he basically told me it's 3 dollars a square foot for a Shop and then acted like I was bothering him. Never sent me a email as I requested to get a proper quote. Website is not complete.
