I have worked with Chris for over eight years. First, he was (and still is) my insurance agent. This past summer he worked with my wife and I as our agent to sell our existing home and purchase a new one. I can't say enough good things about Chris, his genuine concern for us as clients, his knowledge about the real estate market, and his honesty. Chris came highly recommended from my parents. He was the first realtor my mom ever used - a FSBO, Chris really impressed with his “hit the pavement” approach to selling their home. He also negotiated their purchase in a challenging market.
He is patient and calm, worked at my pace, looking randomly for over a year. I never felt pressure as Chris was honest and supportive, showing me what I wanted to see, refocused me when I needed it, and was either always available or found an agent who was (HUGE when houses go so fast!!)

From his ‘before you list’ list, proactive price adjustments based on the fast paced market, following leads, and communicating feedback to us while on the market to his clean contracts and strong negotiating, we trusted that Chris was going to sell our house in a timely manner at an ideal price through a solid contract so it would actually close. Chris will do what he says when. If he can make me and my husband happy in BOTH buying and selling AND my mom and her husband happy in BOTH buying and selling?! He’s a unicorn.
