Joyce Fritz and her team at 12 Doors Real Estate did an excellent job representing us on the sale of our land. We recently sold our mobile home with 12 Doors. Joyce and the rest of the team were fantastic. We know mobile home transactions don’t have high commissions but we were treated like we were selling a million dollar home. The team made sure and advertised the property, hosted open house events and help us navigate competing offers. They were communicating throughout the process and the sale went seamlessly. I would absolutely used them again and give unreserved recommendation. Great team.

Joyce Fritz and her team provided wonderful services to my husband I as we downsized and moved to be closer to our children and grandchildren. I thought living in an historically designated home with a very unusual design might present problems as far as finding a buyer at our price point, but the way 12 Doors marketed the home, emphasizing its historic contribution to the community and its special features, made a full price bid come in a week. Then they provided a list of handymen, estate sale providers and supported us through the anxiety producing days of waiting for buyer to sell her home in another state. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful care they provided.
